Edwina, you can use Dixie Bell chalk paint to paint things instead of using spray paint. So you could paint your letter E to your liking and also paint any wood items like that sewing kit any color you want.
I love milk glass! But I’m picky nowadays, I got rid of a lot and only kept the pieces I actually use (for me, that’s vases, plates and bonbonieres)...

I can’t freaking breathe in a mask, but there’s an awesome thrift store here where it’s MANDATORY to wear one. UGH!! I almost die in there, and I’m a petite woman who is in good shape. I don’t know how my overweight husband does it all day at work (in a hospital).
b lank I do wrk, but I take safety measures . I get checked. I’m pose no danger to anyone. It comes done to common sense at times...but sorry u have to wear one..it’s challenging
