Brother i purchased my apache rtr 1604v in previous month , and the engine is heating too much as i am driving it below 50s only , and the catalytic converter becomes very hot after driving only two to three kms

Hi, Its been 5 months and I have not had the 1st service done, but the bike has ran only 186 kms, any advice please ?
I have ridden my new R15 for about 300 kilometres in 20 days.
My first question,
I've been keeping the engine on for atleast 5 mins when I don't use it and slow revving upto 4k rpm. Is it healthy for the engine?
My second question,
Should I wait till 1k kilometres for oil change? Or is it fine as I'm letting the engine work without riding it on road.

Brother in respect of any service number what priority should be given for going to a service kilometers covered or no of days from last service? For example my bike is showing 4000km for next service but it has been 3-4 months from.last service.

Bhai Maine Duke 200 li thi aur kal uska 1st servicing hai aur maine bike 850km chalai hai kal complete servicing karau ya nahi (oil change ) aur maine bike ko 8-9 baar redline bhi kiya hai kuch problem tho nahi hoga na ( redline zyada tar after 500km ke baad kiya hai ) Plz reply... Aur top speed 65 ke under hi tha uske aage nahi leke gaya....

Meri bike 40k km chal chuki hai, pr abhi mene last 7,8 months se engine oil change nahi kravaya hai, mene Motul 7100 fully synthetic engine oil use kiya tha, 4500 km chali hai gaadi, or abhi bhi engine oil ka color wahi hai, lubrication bhi hai, to kya mujhe engine oil change kara lena chahiye ya phir or 2000km chala lu, ya 1000 chala lu??

Ab is lockdown situation main 3 months wala procedure apnau ya 5000 km pura hone k baad hi servive k liye jau. Aur main motul ka Fully synthetic oil use krta hu.

I purchased FZs V3 and Covid second wave hits my town. But I've completed my first service just on 40 killlometers. They changed the engine oil and also lubricate the chain and billing was 500 something. 😐😐
