Hi Sir, Is that mandatory to define the Characteristic with Plant, PUR ORG, Value, Pur group??? Can we define characteristic with only plant and try to test whether Release stg. Triggers or not?
@@SAP-Tutorials 34:26 . when we tick those squares according to level while configuring there are those squares present in opposite direction....for example for a1 level there are no square but there are 1 square in horizontal and 1 square in verical direction for a2 level.

Absolutely possible. Are you using flexible workflow? If not, then try discussing with your abap team or workflow team. And see from where email id is picked. And make that email to be picked from some table or custom logic. And maintain DL with 4 or 10 or whatever number is there with all people.

Works with any selected characteristics. No fix pater. You can create only with plant n currency
