See if you have space buy materials one time based on your requirements.. For rad etc items buy from gujri so cheaper ...tiles buy mix tiles from nearest area low cost ...10-20sqft .. Buy bulk msand or sand storage .. ..first design your house yourself requirements in paper check with your family first then connect contractor .. Roofing metal items first check requirements data then connect whole sale low cost ...u can save 20-35% cost or else nothing
