He's like mountain Tim from part 7 but a villain, he is a cowboy side character and as a stand which is a tool of some sort. They also both appear in more than one chapter aswell.

Fun Fact: Araki (the author of the original manga) originally wanted Hol Horse joining the Startdust Crusaders, but desestimated the idea after thinking Horse and Polnareff's personalities were too similar. In fact, there is an original art in which Horse appears with Jotaro and Company.
