if two genes are located on different non homologous chromosome then the chance of getting recombinant gamet is 50% and if they are located on same chromosome but distant apart then the chance of getting recombinant gamet would be less thn 50% and if they r located near by to each other thn chance of rec gamet will be 5-40%...
