I'm taking a trip to the US, going to a few theme parks that accepts the IBCCES accessibility card. I live in a non-english-speaking country so it might be difficult to get English language documentation, but I do have a Dutch Autipas (Autism Accessibility card). Would you accept a copy of my Dutch accessibility card as evidence to get the US version?
I find this interesting that this site is to help people with disabilities however they missed hearing impaired people by not providing closed captions. I guess that they don't seem to include hearing paired people as a disability.

TH-cam has a closed captions settings.
I turned on captions with no problem. Did you actually try to enable them?
I've got closed captions too. Click the square with a CC button inside the video player. This can be done for most videos on TH-cam. Hope this helps!
Turn on clo caption on YT! My daughter takes ASL perhaps I could have this signed somehow in the corner
