However, the air flow sensor (air mass meter) is a very delicate part, so
I think you need to be very careful not to damage the sensor by cleaning it.
This time, I'm only doing a visual inspection, but you can also clean it with an airflow cleaner.
However, it is necessary to be careful because spray injection may damage the sensor.
I would like to try cleaning the airflow sensor if necessary in the future.

お尋ねのエアコンフィルターとはエアフィルターのことでしょうか、エアフィルターなら私は動画に出ていますK&Nの湿式タイプを使用しておりますが、一般的には純正品の紙製フィルターをおすすめします。
安価ですし、定期的に交換出来ると思います。
