    Today we are making a delicious quick, bajre(pearl millet) Ka chroma recipe and in this video here, I explain tips for making this recipe. It is very easy to make and it requires only 3 ingredients. Bajre chroma Ladoo is a healthy sweet for winter that increases immunity and keeps from catching a cold. There are 2 ways of making this laddu. One way is to bake balls of bajra dough in oven and then grind and add jaggery and another way is to make roti from bajra dough and then grind the rotis. These laddu recipe requires pearl millet flour, jaggery, ghee, and dry fruits for flavor. Bajra or Pearl millet is a very popular winter food in North India, especially in Rajasthan. Millet is a good source of iron, calcium, and fiber. It aids digestion and helps to reduce cholesterol.
