I wonder what does the Step 4 Limiting Moment (Mulim) represent at 14:57. Does it represent the Maximum Moment Capacity of the beam? If YES, then why does the Fe500 beam has lower Mulim than Fe415 Beam? Shouldn't the Fe500 have more strength compare to Fe415? If Mulim does not represent the Maximum Moment Capacity of the beam, then why is it used to compare with the Actual Mu ? It is really strange, I wonder what am i not understanding here? What does the Limiting Moment really represent ?
