Both the teams should be competing in the Premiership until Scotland joins the EU one day, or if another Governing body comes around that they join. I was a full-on Glasgow Rangers fan for about a decade, I still cheer for them but not seriously, I want to see Aberdeen, Motherwell, or Hibs when it again. A salary cap would be a good way of reaching this
