If the guard would center the horse in the box the tourists wouldn't be petting the horse. Get with the program. I'm tired of watching these non-compliant guards.
This dummy is completely “ useless “ it let the other man touch the horse too.. on the other side the man on the horse is charging his horse towards people to keep them out of the box let alone let them pet his horse.. this scarecrow do not deserve to be paid for not doing it’s job.. the ones watching soon get the message & rush to the horse the next minute

These horses and I mean some of these horses, like to be petted. Now if the horse wants to touch you, that’s fine but don’t touch the horse.
The guard wanted the horse to be touched. She could have pulled the horse in. Maybe those are her friends😂😂😂😂😂
Whether or not those were the guard's friends are irrelevant, rules are rules and should be enforced for everyone!!
