Yes, he can, it is very possible the injuries were not deliberate, mind you, it was from him destroying properties. If this is true and if only blood was seen from parts of the body, then perhaps, i repeat perhaps, what he was going through emotionally triggered blood rush to gush out of his body… this happens i may be someone has had a complete blood transfusion years back inti little anger or little emotional stress can trigger… just saying based on a late friend. My late friend had leukaemia when young. Long story short, her whole blood was flushed out and she got a new transfusion which worked for over 20 years. During her latter days, she was stressed out with minor girl issues. What triggered her the most was when she had a phone call on top the minor stress and that call, upset her so much that she hissed so hard (mtsssseew), threw her phone away smashing on the ground, throwing things around and fews hours later she felt ill and and collapsed. She was taken to the hospital where she started fighting for her life aggressively gasping for air. Long story short, a few days later her blood was changed again and she got fine but the next day, the new blood gushed out of part her body with full force splashing everywhere. That’s how she died. In the end only autopsy can reveal the cause of death this man. Let’s not conclude.

This should tell you how pathetic Ghana police are in doing an investigation. They charged someone with a serious crime without any Concrete evidence and later put up a defense for the defendant. I can tell what drug made that man behave in that way, but the question should be did he ingest those drugs at his club or the girl's house? Was he pushed or hit with something in her house? Not just taking the girls word for it. In a serious court base on the information this will be thrown out immediately because it lacks evidence and won’t convince a jury or judge beyond a reasonable doubt. Immediately he was confirmed gone, the house needed to be sealed off, get a statement from the girlfriend and the guy she was on the phone with, and then from her statement, the house would be searched for glasses that had been drunk from to check for substances, objects that can be used to hit someone with needs to be looked for, Dust for a fingerprint to confirm who was there not only at that moment but before the incident happened. They will now go back to his bar to check the CCTV cameras to see who he was with, who served him drinks at the bar, and who he left with at his last moment. His vehicle needed to be searched for substances. Talk to the family members and the last person he called or who called.

If this is true and if only blood was seen from parts of the body, then perhaps, i repeat perhaps, what he was going through emotionally triggered blood rush to gush out of his body… this happens i may be someone has had a complete blood transfusion years back inti little anger or little emotional stress can trigger… just saying based on a late friend.
My late friend had leukaemia when young. Long story short, her whole blood was flushed out and she got a new transfusion which worked for over 20 years. During her latter days, she was stressed out with minor girl issues. What triggered her the most was when she had a phone call on top the minor stress and that call, upset her so much that she hissed so hard (mtsssseew), threw her phone away smashing on the ground, throwing things around and fews hours later she felt ill and and collapsed.
She was taken to the hospital where she started fighting for her life aggressively gasping for air. Long story short, a few days later her blood was changed again and she got fine but the next day, the new blood gushed out of part her body with full force splashing everywhere. That’s how she died.
In the end only autopsy can reveal the cause of death this man. Let’s not conclude.

This should tell you how pathetic Ghana police are in doing an investigation. They charged someone with a serious crime without any Concrete evidence and later put up a defense for the defendant. I can tell what drug made that man behave in that way, but the question should be did he ingest those drugs at his club or the girl's house? Was he pushed or hit with something in her house? Not just taking the girls word for it. In a serious court base on the information this will be thrown out immediately because it lacks evidence and won’t convince a jury or judge beyond a reasonable doubt. Secondly the investigation was poorly done based on the information

Immediately he was confirmed gone, the house needed to be sealed off, get a statement from the girlfriend and the guy she was on the phone with, and then from her statement, the house would be searched for glasses that had been drunk from to check for substances, objects that can be used to hit someone with needs to be looked for, Dust for a fingerprint to confirm who was there not only at that moment but before the incident happened. They will now go back to his bar to check the CCTV cameras to see who he was with, who served him drinks at the bar, and who he left with at his last moment. His vehicle needed to be searched for substances. Talk to the family members and the last person he called or who called.
