You could kill Karils with the Rune Throxing axe special for that task you also could use poison on him because it doesn't count against the only special requirement. So you also could Spec Karils with Poisoned arrows with msb and wait for it to tick down. Just options to think about

Fun fact about those combat training camp ogres: If you enter the cage and try to melee them it will say "these ogres are for range combat only", but they can be meleed from outside the fence with a halberd.

These Barrows runs match the vibes of C Engineer's runs on his PVP locked HCIM. No matter how chill it feels, you're never more than a few seconds away from complete disaster if you get complacent.
Hot tip: use the outside tunnels for FEWER doors.
Those are locked a lot of the time as well. Sometimes you have to go through those however

Do they have aggro timers? I was under the impression that they were immediately hostile upon entry

@@laurys7889 I just tried it the prayer drain effect is active whether or not you rush into the tunnel without killing a brother.. It also adds the unpredictability of not knowing which brother will spawn so it's not possible

It also doesn't list exact quantities of the ingredients in their "proprietary blend" of non-FDA regulated substances that supposedly benefit your health.

It's literally just a multi vitamin and you can get 99% of the benefits for $10 for 200 capsules at Costco by just buying the costco brand multivitamin. The other nonsense added to AG1 has basically very little or no evidence of actually making a difference.
And the worst part is that they use a bunch of proprietary blends for their formula, which means they don't actually disclose the amounts you're getting of anything. You may actually be getting a lot of tiny portions of a bunch of different things, which isn't enough to make a difference.
It's like if they mixed 5% of an apple with some water and said "here! this contains apples, you're being healthy" but it's only actually 5% of an apple so it's not enough to make a difference. So with all of that said, I believe it's pretty safe to say that it's an overpriced scam.
Never trust any products with proprietary blends. If they're not comfortable sharing how much you're getting of each ingredient/vitamin/supplement, then always assume they're drastically underdosing everything.

Legit question: For the verac tunnel could you just go open the chest without killing verac and take a crappy reward or does something stop that from happening? Only risk would be verac spawning which could be teled from (assuming the technique works which I have no clue)

Saw this before the tweet was out. The Verac luck is insane! The defence training font brings me back to the early days!
Not that it helps, but you can safe spot waterfiends in almost all places. (It just takes doing the 10min deaggro thing in almost all cases)
getting to the safespot is basically garanteed death, realistically only doable with a bunch of accounts taking the aggro on all the mobs in the room.
is it possible to reset barrows cave? I know it's probably an obvious question that you thought of but I have experienced the caves resetting from not going to barrows for a long time. It may have been a result from an update though.

Genuinely curious, what is the purpose of the tank armor? Even if the high defense stats gives you a 99% chance to not take damage, would you really take that chance very often?
Or are there situations where the defensive bonuses actually guarantees a 0?
I think its just incase he makes a mistake, he has a higher probability of not taking damage.
It's insurance. Should he get attacked. Having a high odds of blocked damaged is better than none. And at his point. The 1% matters

So for doing tunnel Verac it's still mostly the same strat, right? You just tele instantly if he spawns on a door, and then when you get to the chest, you can spawn him, run away and freeze him. More dangerous than average, but perfectly doable.

I'm unfamiliar with osrs but maybe the stats were a little off in this video. I think you used the right formula but had a wrong constant for one of the numbers unless I'm missing some osrs knowledge.
1 - (6/7)^{runs}
instead of
1 - (7/8)^{runs}
which gave the numbers in this video.

how that is blocker u can go in complite full run it can spawn all 6 brothers and u have 1/6 chance it spawn verac if u loot chest that reset full thing ofc u have 1/2 chance spawn wrong style brother but that is better than 100% verac ooh right if u kill ahrim and karil those CANT spawn so u have 1/4 chance spawn verac then

your video series convinced me to try runescape again after 16 years as a smart shopper i decided to play f2p for a while just to make sure i like it and i beat the dragon slayer quest on friday only to go to buy membership and find out that it had jumped 20$ that day now im mad at myself for not just buying membership when i started and im also mad at jagex for the large jump in price out of nowhere and after some research i know they posted about this a month ago but i only started playing two weeks ago so this was already out of the runescape new cycle by the time i stared actually paying attention to it so now im just sitting here still not a member thinking i could just go back to 14 for that price im already in a guild i have friends i know are still playing it and i already know the raids and bosses are fun in 14 where as i have only seen you do them in runescape and the more i stare at that price tag the less fun runescape looks in caparison and its mostly because it feels like i just wasted 20$ by trying to save a little money and because i know i was playing way less efficiently because i was playing free to play so i also wasted a bunch of time ...

I feel the pain with only needing 1 item im over 1.2K chests and still missing Dharoks helm and axe. I also asked to take on every single Verac tunnel you could have potentially gotten and so far i think at least 1/4 have been Verac in the tunnels so hopefully some of those would have been yours.
