Portable pool bhi hain. 15000 to 20000 Mein. PVC With Rigid stands. One of my friend had constructed such PVC swimming pool using local PVC sheets and Plastic Pipes, he is using chlorine tablets to filter the water. That cost came to less then 5000. This was in his native place ie Kerala. The dimension is same as yours ie 13 feet X 8 feet and 5 feet depth. It is working fine with no puncture or tearing of sheets
His children r enjoying in this pool.
