1:58 You have to guide all the bullets to the middle-top. If you guide the bullets to the left or right side, they delay your next jump(Which may makes you feel that the timing is so precise). So try using air dash+quick drop AFTER all carrot bombs explode. Also, use your double jump and air dash near the middle line, not near the wall end. Btw thanks for watching my video!
It's a game called Rabi-Ribi, a combination of metroidvania and bullet hell. The fight in the video is one of the SP bosses that is included on one of the DLCs so it's not part of the base game. If this game looks interesting then you may want to check out TEVI which, just like Rabi-Ribi, is from CreSpirit, and should release at the end of this month on November 30th. Its launch trailer, released a few days ago, can be found on TH-cam titled as "TEVI Launch Trailer".

They're not meant to be submitted for actual speed runs, they exist as demonstrations, usually to demonstrate what perfect gameplay would look like, or demonstrate possibilities that might not be humanly doable. The person above is claiming that the gameplay seen here is tool assisted, aka, a cheat though I don't personally believe it.

This is absolutely insane. To say "good job" would be a massive understatement.
Most impressing rabi-ribi play I've ever seen. This No Damage play seems much harder than those X-bunny and bunny-hell-BEX plays.
Its why I prefer to watch high end BEX stuff. Actual dodging, instead of just purely tanking/resource management.
