  • Meet Dr Rebecca Collie, Scientia Fellow of Faculty of Arts.
    Dr Rebecca Collie is a Scientia Fellow and Senior Lecturer in Educational Psychology in the School of Education at UNSW’s Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences. Her recent research is in educational psychology, which includes motivation, engagement, achievement, and wellbeing among students and teachers. Dr Collie says it is important that people have social and emotional skills, and experience wellbeing and motivation. “It’s not just important for their own outcomes, but it’s important for their work, it’s important for society more broadly, it’s important for their health and wellbeing,” she says.

    Thanks Dra. Rebecca. I am from Peru and I have used this video to show to my education students in order for them to see the contributions of psychology in Education. Certainly, your video invite us to look more deeply into the psychosocial perspectives. In Peru, teacher's good performance is a challange due to so many factors. Thanks again. It is a very good video with good conten to be deeply analyzed.
