I have both of these mousepads and when I got the white version I could immediately tell the difference. To me the white version is smoother to the touch and my mouse glides smoother on it, which are both wins in my book, gonna keep using the white version as my main pad for now.

I just wanna ask on how does the uncoated version affect on durability + humidity? What mousepad do you suggest has the best/more smoother/faster glides? (MPC450, Aqua Thor, Artisan Zero or Aqua Control + uncoated)? This QCK Heavy really sucks overtime.
If you want something a little faster than the qck but still want to have good control for micro adjustments I would highly recommend the Aqua Control + uncoated. The more mousepads I try the more I realize just how good it is. Really great for games like Valorant where you need to flick fast but also micro adjust. It also does not get affected by humidity so it stays consistent. I've used the ROB AC+ for 5 months and it only slowed down a bit. Really really great pad.
Which mousepad is better the Aqua Control Plus Strat edition or the white edition (uncoated) that is said on X-Ray pads website that is has a softer, smoother fabrics surface or the black (uncoated) that has a harder, rougher surface? Which is the best to get? I already have the Strata version but been wanting to try the white or half but with the pricing I’m only gonna get one and I couldn’t find any reviews on either one so I thought why not just ask the community which is better overall the white softer smoother one or black harder rougher one?
This cleared the pad up for me a lot ngl, but one question is it rough like a qck heavy and how that pad kind of makes your arm stuck? I want to get this pad from a qck but I hate the muddy feeling the qck heavy has (I wash it often). My arm tends to get stuck and messes with my tracking aim, is this pad good or should I look somewhere else?
Messed up because I have a qck and I have the exact same problem as you with arm getting stuck.. I did order this pad though and it’s taking forever to get here
@@saveir6601 my Aqua control plus rob (grey) came in on Wednesday and wow, I probably should’ve gotten the uncoated one (maybe). The reason is because it definitely felt faster, I noticed it immediately but I got used to it pretty quickly (a couple of hours) and I’ve been on pc fps games for only 3 months now. My tracking definitely improved, same with micro adjustments, flicks are still easy to make since it actually does have a lot of good control which caught me off guard since it’s fast but not too fast lol. If you’re worried about the speed than you definitely made a good decision getting the uncoated one. (Me I don’t mind since I actually like the speed it gives me (not speed pad level LOL, but coming from a QCK Heavy XXL definitely was faster lmfao). Just because of the fact that I’m wayyy more into tracking games like apex and the such tbh, always have been. Also since it’s faster it’ll also help me improve my mouse control more than the qck did overtime (thanks kovaaks lol). I hope this you helped out on knowing just what to expect! Edit: the qck feels smoother while the Aqua feels rougher but it’s also smooth at the same time similar to sand paper but without that really harsh roughness. My arm still gets stuck at times when the pad gets really warm from me staying in one spot on it over a period of time and then sweat too I guess (I know eww sorry lol). It still feels smooth though even with the roughness, a big plus for me was the fact that it’s not effected by humidity like the QCK since my room is always either hot and dry or cold and dry lol. Yeah my qck is so muddy and used (I wash it every month) it’s not dirty but when my hand sweats it makes tracking a nightmare.. so I am using a sports sleeve to try to counter that a bit but my hand still gets stuck on the pad.. Hopefully my aqua pad comes in this week coming up and I can put some time into it.. and that’s great it’s not affected by humidity or weather.. maybe my sweaty hand won’t be a problem
@@saveir6601 I keep my QCK Heavy clean almost all the time, I tend to wash it 1-2x a month but like everyday I was wiping it clean with a damp microfiber cloth, it still seemed muddy at times, like a locked in feeling. It felt horrible for tracking games when that muddy feeling kicked in. For csgo and such it was awesome! This Aqua control plus though, ngl my tracking has definitely improved, I’m guessing because of the easier micro adjustments you can make? Idk. It does tend to seem a bit quick but then it goes to feeling more controlling when you play on it for a little while which is awesome. I bought their X-ray mouse skates and idk if I messed up buying them or not lol. I have a HK Mira-M mouse with stock feet and the extra feet that came with it (bigger mouse feet). It felt very quick (glide). Then I put on the X-ray feet on and noticed they were more raised (they didn’t match height with the old feet I had on, the bigger surface area ones are still on there). It felt more controlled and scratchy at first but not really scratchy any more. It does feel smoother though but more controlling so idk how to feel about them. They are my first replacement mouse feet though lol so I don’t have anything to compare them too lmfao. Sorry for going on again lol and going off topic with the mouse feet LOL. I’m starting to feel like I should lower my sens by 0.1 (800 dpi 1.5 apex, csgo, to like 1.4 or even 1.3) lol. I’m just going to keep practicing it though.

To me the white version is noticeably smoother, it's not too rough on my skin at all, although if you want a super smooth mousepad there are obviously lots of other options out there that are much smoother than either of these.
@@HardwareUnpluGGed I believe the Odin zero gravity is a coated mousepad that is very smooth. Probably closer in smoothness to a xraypad Thor than the aqua control plus.

@@HardwareUnpluGGed the logo is easy to remove. I did it on mine and it leaves no residue. Just heat it up a little bit with an hair dryer and scratch it off with your nails.

actually both pads are uncoated the strata just has heat trement which make it fell like coated but its not

Go with the non coated, not affected by humidity and washing restores the glide.

We like the AQ+ better cause micro adjusting is pretty good along with the speed it has to offer. Both good pads but the aq+ is better imo

Fury is regular cloth pad, shit durability, affected by humidity, temp etc. AC+ is way more durable, special pad.
