Riko's death definitely affected the world more than Toji,thanks to that Tengen didn't merge(well Riko changed her mind anyways though not sure how it will play out)Which resulted for Tengen evolving to a curse like state that Kenjaku is now targeting him
The most impactful for me was probably Nanami just because I was so surprised by it and I don't believe Nobara is dead. If she were for-sure gone I believe Fushiguro would have verbally confirmed it even though it would have been painful to both he and Itadori. I think they are still holding out hope and we should, too. Most impactful in the series would probably be Mahito.

I think Akutami sensei wanted to create a multi protagonist - antagonist anime. On one hand there's Yuta, Yuji, Megumi, Gojo (maybe Maki as well) and on the other Kenjaku, Sukuna and the story of the three vengeful spirits. The characters are solid with so much plot development ahead, can't wait to see it!

It’s been over a year since the Shibuya arc and Yuji has made no significant growth. Higuruma got all the screen time during his fight and Megumi pretty much single handedly won the tag battle with Kirara and Hakari.
That being said this weeks spoilers has Yuji/Sakuna coming back into the story. We’ll see if he gets any more development in the next few months, hopefully something cooler than black flash
I love that Sukuna is really evil, the author doesn't shy in showing us how evil he is. Not just words and empty threats but with actions So much different than Kyuubi or any other (supposed) evil soul that's been sealed inside the MC and just provide him POWER whenever he's angry at enemies who are stronger than him.
