@@allrounderchannel1909 actually sabse best tho daily hote hai kyu ki usme kisi tara ka infection ka dar nahi hota. We have to replace it daily so they are quite expensive. So the best choice is using monthly contacts. We can use contact for 10-12 hours a day but not while sleeping.

To unfold that u need to deep it in solution for at least 5-6 hour's or may be a day....and after that is lens not unfold so do not use them ....now for u r eyes use ice cube to cool you're eyes...just wrap in towel,napkin,polythene...etc and slowly slowly dap it on your eyes after sometime later u feel batter and if not then please visit u r doctor🙏🙏

Yearly lenses is the best preference.... And spex and lens both options are good...if you choose lenses then u only need to carefully handle with hygiene and that's it😊🙏

So to reduce this, my optometrist recommended me an eye drop,

No daily disposal lens is much bttr bcz it use and throw and there is huge diff in yearly lenses we have to be careful in yearly lenses we have to change the solution in ryt time if we dont then dirt particles r stuck in lenses which is harmful for the eye long lasting lenses is not good option..eye is the most sensitive part soo dont think about money if u have to choose good quality lenses.
