Thanks for the courageous words! I was being overwhelmed about my studies and works that I love to do! Self-doubt is paralyzing. I took the challenge to develop a new material in my thesis project as I love to create things. It's too much work for a short amount of time; nervous and excited. But that's the only way you can claim yourself a creative. Ready to dive in!

Great video Lizzie!! So awesome that you got that trip for Chris, just amazing! You talk about failure in this one... I fail almost weekly, it's part of the reason I started my channel. I wanted to force myself to try new things and felt that doing it on my channel would not make me accountable to try but it would also show others that failure is just another opportunity to succeed.

wow I gave to my bf Iceland trip for his bday too. I draw a ticket and hide it in an Iceland travel book. when he opened THE present, he was oh great a book so at one point we will start to planing a trip. and then when he opended and saw the ticket he was tearing up. he was supper happy and we had an amazing trip :)

What a wonderful video Lizzie!! Top quality, and Epic !! Your message of always moving forward and growing and taking risks resonated a lot to me because, as a best selling book author (about photography) in French, I am now focusing my activity on my TH-cam channel, in English, about creativity with sketching, watercolor painting, journaling, photography and filmmaking content, with a brand new audience. 😁 So, sometimes I feel like I am a bit crazy to do so!! Some people would say... there is an expression in French people told me a few times which is something like « letting the pray escape by chasing a shadow ». But it always worked for me and I like chasing shadows (and light!! 😁) and being excited by new things!! Last time someone told me that, by the way, my life change dramatically changed up to a new level and I think that’s what I am doing once again right now with the channel which is working really well. ☺️ So, thanks for pointing out that it’s normal to pursue what excites us and to embrace change not to be bored and to always keep evolving and growing. That’s good to hear because this kind of stuff doesn’t have so much of a good reputation. 😅 Sorry, too chatty!!! Thanks for your inspiring videos. ☺️😘

Wow, This video truly showed up at the right time. I know it is almost a year since you released it, it was perfect to watch today. We are trying something completely outside our comfort zone. That some new is creating video content. Neither one of us has any training in videography, photography, video editing, or graphic design. We are not letting it get in our way.
