I love these videos, I'm trying to create a simple recruitment dashboard and this is is full of simple but creative ideas. The problem I have is the excel formulas, for some reason I 'm not able to get the formula for open positions. I keep getting an error. It would be helpful if you can provide or go a bit slower when explaining the formulas. Can you share your worksheet?

Hi, excellent video. I get an error while doing pivot to calculate average days to hire...the error says "we can't summarize this field with average because it's not a supported calculation for text"... how can I circumvent this?
