I remember reading an excerpt where a few Drukhari were captured by loyalist astartes. I can't remember which chapter, but they were working either for or with an inquisitor; instead of torturing them for information, they isolated them in their own cells and more or less ignored them to the point where they were begging for some sort of of torture in order to appease their biological needs - turns out that it's 100% canon that the only way to torment a Drukhari is to literally do nothing and have them dying of boredom

Assuming they were around when humanity was pre space molest stage, they'd be the reason for so many tales of nosferatu vampires and monsters on old earth
Most earth monsters are actually warp beings, or at least were in early 40K lore most of the seems to be forgotten in current. Look up the vampire it’s an amazing twist on the myth.
