The TULSA PRO procedure is really slick. No cutting. No permanent damage to flow or function. Cancer is gone. Prostate size is reduced as well.

Sadly, getting a health check up every six months is not going to reduce deaths due to prostate cancer. Ten of my friends between 60 and 70 years old have discovered they have prostrate cancer. One is an airline pilot, two are business owners, two are professors, one is a doctor, one is my patent attorney, one is a retired contractor and two are retired military. Five have died from it. Three are in stage four and two have had their prostate removed and are living in fear that it will come back.
I was diagnosed with prostate cancer 12 years ago after I had an operation to reduce the size which was causing urinary problems. There was no cancer in the material removed but my Dr. was concerned with my high PSA and did a biopsy, finding a cancerous spot in one quadrant. My prostate grew and I had more removed but there was no cancer in the material removed. I get a PSA check every six months. My last PSA was a high of 10 but I went to another lab and got an 8.2 the same as the one six months ago. I should be ok, at my age of 86 At my next check up, if I get a PSA of 50, first, I get another checkup at another lab and then if it is still so high, I need to quickly make a decision on treatment. If I put it off and do nothing I will probably be dead within 6 months.

I'm wondering if using the rectum as a means of getting certain chemicals into the prostate might be the way to go. Given the close proximity of the rectum to the prostate you can probably get certain chemicals like those that used to block the conversion of testosterone into DHT into the prostate that way. Enlarged prostate, male pattern baldness, and prostate cancer are all related to hormones which lead to the conversion of testosterone into DHT. Blocking this conversion stops all 3 problems from materializing.

I second your theory and am contemplating a DIY prostate massage with supplements.

Medical community needs to catch up on metabolic health and cancer. Can start with Dr. Gerson's work at the beginning of the 20th century and still being applied today with successes.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of things standing in the way of people looking after their health - high costs. When you go see a specialist, for the 1st consultation, and it costs AU$260, well, it makes it very hard when living on a very tight budget. I saw two specialists over a two day period and it was a total of AU$510. And together I was in with them a total of maybe 15 minutes. To be honest, I felt quite let down and felt a bit like just another appointment for a money grab.
