I would like to take time after Friday & Sunday Action Cardio to have a moment to kiki with you. What’s a kiki? Basically it’s a conversation of laughs, good thoughts, and Q&A based on LOVE. For years I’ve been able to connect with people who take class with me. We get to talk about what’s happening in our lives and just share a bit of time after class, before we move on with our day. I must admit, I’m usually the one doing the most talking because I’m a communicator and I just LOVE to be uplifting and encouraging.
So after the Friday & Sunday 10:30am Action Cardio class online, I will play one song as I take a quick break to cool down and pull it together. You will only see a photo from my side during the song and then I’ll come back and start the kiki. Please stick around if this is something you would like to join in.
