- I got this fan from fanimation a few years ago. It's in pretty good shape the paints all nice besides the downrod and amazingly enough it has no bearing noise whatsoever. When I got this fan the blades were really bent up and out of balance and it took a while to get it there but it's almost perfect now. The switch on the light kit broke so for now it's bypassed. I have it running on a basic 3 speed Lutron ceiling fan control and it runs very well with it every other control I've had on it the motor hums really bad this one there's no hum at all. Really nice old fan overall I've always loved view fans for some reason especially the metal bladed ones. Thanks for watching
