Finish! Ypres Historic Rally 2022 - SS9: Zonnebeke 3 - all cars (raw footage) - show!

The final metres of the 29th Ypres Historic Rally, a 3rd pass on SS Zonnebeke. For the first time, this rally was driven in November instead of June, combined with the 4th edition of the Ypres Historic Regularity. After this stage, the regularity drivers also did this stage as a CRS (closed road stage). I will upload a separate video after this one.
The stage was 7.15 km long and was won by Pieter-Jan Maeyaert (102, BMW E30 M3), 1.06 seconds faster than Paul Lietaer (101, Opel Ascona 400). Maeyaert finishes the rally 2nd on +22.29 after Lietaer, taking his 9th victory.
Fredericq Delplace took the 3rd podium step on +3:42.12.
Delplace was 4th on this stage on +19.55, after Cedriek Merlevede (103, Opel Ascona B) who was 3rd on the final stage (+14.57). Merlevede moves up to P7 and finishes on +4:52.11, after dropping from 3rd to 11th on SS6 after being stuck for 2 minutes.
Kevin Vanmassenhove (115, Triumph TR7 V8) drove the 5th stage time (+23.21) and also finishes the rally in that position on +4:43.35. Claude Debue finishes 4th and hereby is VAS historic rally champion.
