You can have a similar result by just blowing in a straw on a smaller surface to get the wave affect, I have done that before. I wouldn't recommend that on a larger surface since that takes alot of air lol. My only concern with that is removing the air bubbles. The smaller surfaces, such as a phone case would probably be okay but larger surfaces might be tougher. Using a torch or sometimes a lighter can work to remove any air bubbles resin creates on the surface. Hope this helps!
Will flexible transparent covers do? Or it should be a hard cover? Also, i had taped the edges of my cover while working with resin ..but somehow it still spills around the edges..any prevention method? Thankyou in advance😊
Hello, I feel like flexible covers will work as well just make sure it is a material resin sticks too. I honestly have not tried the flexible ones so it will definitely be a trial. Yes I had taped my edges too as it is tough especially on curves and the resin did slip through the paint a little bit. I think it still looks nice on the side but that is going to happen. If I had any advise on that I would maybe try a better tape depending on what you used, including frog tape or tuck tape might work better. I have heard clear or brown masking tape works but I have not tried that out. Hope this helps a bit, but resin is always just alot of trial and error 😊
Hey! Yes mine actually did on this surface as well a little bit but I actually liked how it looked. For some instances you can simply rub the resin off (when it is wet, not tacky) in the unwanted areas or sand it off when it is cured depending on the surface you are using. Alot of times you can go without tape and create a dome affect with the resin by carefully pushing it to the edges but not over and it should stay if the object is level. Hope that helps. If you have further questions please let me know.
Hello, I use "Art Resin". Any resin will yellow when left in the sun for long periods of time but Art resin is one of the best against UV protection. I have noticed my white wave diminish slightly from the sun since I am outside alot but not to bad. Hope that helps 🙂

Hi! What type of phone case are you using? Is that hard or jelly?
Hey, it is a hard cover case!
did you use a regular clear phone case to make it or did you get a phone Specifically for present
It is just a regular clear phone case I bought when I purchased my phone.
@@blueneptoondesigns okay thx
