I read somewhere that Earl (the one who was the patient) had actually had some kind of health scare and that was part of the inspiration for this piece. But yes, many of their videos tend, if not to be theatrical, at least to approach from a storytelling POV.

Someday, maybe, on something like this, you could do this: Watch the video, do an initial reaction, then explain what you're going to do, stop the video, go watch a second time, and come back with more comments. I've never seen a reactor do that and I wouldn't want it all the time. But this track merits a second view before you can be expected to put your thoughts together. What do you think?

No, their videos aren't *all* theatrical like this. Only about half or maybe two thirds of them. Sometimes they do just stand around and sing, e.g., Carry on My Wayward Son, Chandelier.

Geoff (bass) and Layne (vocal percussionist) do a lot of their arranging. Their video details will always tell you who arranged the song. Geoff has a 4.5 octave range. I don't know how big Earl's (high tenor) is, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's almost that big. Eli (the bald guy) also has a wider than normal range, and his vocal skil, is amazing.
