Fantastic mysticpasos!!! Keep practicing this so it becomes a habit to be able to step out of repetitive thoughts many times a day, even many times an hour. There is so much more peace in our real life than there is swirling around in our heads.
137 likes in the first episode and 45 likes here...?..hmmmm I hope thats not an indication of how many have missed this episode. 7 yrs ago when I had to care for a friend while he spent the last 4 yrs of his life on this planet, focusing on world A came natural to me, it was a way to escape the pain, anguish, anger, anxiety that I was going through. Focusing on the present, the now gave me the strength that I needed. Coming back to reality was something which I didn't really want to do. I'm grateful for what his disease taught me.... He passed away in 2019 after a doctor accidentally gave him too much of a drug. Can I use this to help me to forgive..? I struggle with forgiveness.... Have I forgiven, maybe I have.. to a certain degree? How do I know... is it when I feel at peace when I think of him? But a lot of the time I feel the anger come back when I'm reminded I'm where I am as a result of his actions and my decision to stay with him. Thank you, looking forward to the next episode
Karen, thanks for the strength you offer in your vulnerability here. Maybe world A wasn't a way to escape the bad things, maybe it was a way to balance them with a richer experience of life in world B. If you are in world A, there is no forgiveness because that is a word and concept of world B. More time in world A will definitely bring more peace, world A is full of harmony. If you find yourself worrying about forgiveness, know you are in world B. You can see the first 3 episodes here: stormymay.com/peacehorses
I loved this exercise of changing focus, of being present so that thoughts are just another object of focus, not something that controls me.

The key comes in at six minutes. It's a skill. At about 12 minutes the explanation of world A and world B comes in.
Yes indeed, practice is so important! Thanks for the time markers.
