Oh how I wish I lived near you. I would be waiting to go to you booth with anticipation. Deanna you excelled at everything you have created. Do not cheat yourself those little golden books should be at least $50.00. I believe those gingers are going to fly of your table.

AS FAR AS PRICING GOES, I THINK THIS YEAR IS GOING TO BE TRICKY BECAUSE OF WHERE WE'RE ALL AT RIGHT NOW. HIGH GAS PRICES. RISING FOOD PRICES. INCREASING INTEREST RATES. PEOPLE ARE REALLY WATCHING THEIR PENNIES....

    Hi, Deanna!
Amazing makes!!!! Your craft fair attendees are going to love them all!
Those pillows are fantastic! And your albums and notepads are all so pretty! The baby photo disc/album sets are too, too, too cute!!! Great idea to include hard candies in the starbucks cups and the mailboxes. They turned out great. Your tooth fairy bags are precious!!! Post-its and kleenex boxes are always a hit and yours are especially cute! Your zipper pouches are so beautifully made, so I completely understand how they may be a bit too time consuming. They are really beautiful! Those little golden books are PRECIOUS! And, your gingerbread folks are sweet as can be. Your bowl cozies are always so nice!
Ultimately, you know your customers best, but (only because you asked,) I would price like this:
$75 for the candy cane lane album - it's a custom, one of a kind make ;)
    $30 for the folios
$25 for the back to school album
    $10 for Candy Canes
$30 for Baby photo discs/album sets
$10 each (or 2 for $15??) for the mailboxes (they are sooooo cute!)
$55 (or more) for the Little Golden Journals. (Not only are they precious, but they are out of print and becoming harder and harder to find.)
    $10 for the gingerbread folks
$10 bowl cozies (or 2 for $15) that keeps in the the $8 range for those buying two but gives you a buffer for those single purchases, too??? just a thought.
Thank you so much for sharing your process with us, Deanna. I used to sell at craft fairs and farmers markets all the time but it's been years and years since then...I've wanted to try again, but was feeling a bit unsure about it until seeing your beautiful makes and all of the thought you put into everything. I think I've caught the bug once again, lol!
Hope you have a fantastic day!
    ((hugs))

I just recently came upon your channel and have had a great time watching all the things you do. I live in So Cal, if you were selling any of your things in CA your prices are definitely low. Do you enjoy the process of making them so the selling price isn't as important? Your time is valuable and the supplies can be costly, so don't sell yourself short. I sell books in a Facebook group but can not sell the ones that have issues, ripped pages or coloring inside, since you take them apart, they might work well for you, if you would like them, please pm me your address, there is n/c except for postage. I have been in the childcare field for over 30 years and have more books then I know what to do with. Keep on crafting, it is fun to watch.

I would L❤VE to go to the craft fair where you you’ll have a table!! I genuinely think your beautiful handmade journals are worth MUCH more than you’re thinking!! The materials alone are so valuable, never mind your time/talents and that they are so unique or one-of-a-kind!!! I hope you totally sell out & you have a fun time!! (Consider upping the price on the Candy Cane Lane journal… at least $75 and that’s a steal!!! It’d sell way higher on Instagram - 😉) Anyway, thank you for your videos… I’m late to the party but so glad I found your channel!! You’re AWESOME!!

I would definitely pay $30 for the book pillow - unique and not easy to find! And you could also market it as a tablet/video game (Switch) pillow. The pocket would be perfect for the electronic + cords, earbuds, etc. And for that beautiful Christmas album, it may be helpful to put the word "heirloom" in your sign/label, because it really is... and worth extra money because it is one of a kind! Everything is so beautiful!

I loved the video and it is so fun to see all your creations! You are such an encouraging artist! I do have a question that I hope you or someone in your sphere can answer - or point me to an answer! This is my first year to try to sell paper products (notebooks, journals, folios, etc.). In the past I've just gifted them. How do you display these at the show - wrapped or unwrapped? I've put my little notepads into a wrapper, but I'm stumped on what to do about the bigger things. Some of them take quite a bit of time and I'm hesitant to leave them just "bare" on the table for fear too many hands will mar them. On the other hand, for a folio type product, how are they going to be able to determine if it suits them if they can't flip through it? Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated. In stores they are left on the shelves with, at best, a belly band. But I don't want people sliding off the belly band over and over. I absolutely love your Little Golden Books. People are getting a very good deal at your price point. And to that end, I want to encourage you not to sell too low. Even though things have been really tough, we are finding that people are still coming to buy and they can look at underpriced items and wonder if they are really as "valuable" to gift as things that are more cheaply priced. It's hard because (for me, at least), I don't sell enough to afford to go to really big craft fairs/arts festivals where big dollar items can sell. And smaller craft shows can sometimes be under attended. So it's hard. But I can tell you with confidence from many years as a creator/artist, that you should never ever, ever, ever sell something handmade at a price point that causes you to feel regret at letting it go. The regret is your gut telling you that item likely needed to be sold at a different venue for a more appropriately rewarding price. Hugs and happy crafting!

I just found your channel yesterday and I want to add my voice to those saying you severely undercharge. It sounds like you're barely making a profit on those albums especially since you're selling them for what I see mass-produced ones selling for locally (in Canada).
People value your hard work. You clearly sound like you come close to, if not actually selling out at the event you attend. I just want to point out that at the craft fairs and pop culture conventions within my circle, you might see fewer sales if you underprice your work. People begin to wonder WHY it's so cheap. If I were making those albums/journals I wouldn't be pricing them any less than material cost + 25% of that number. You put so much heart into your pieces. In the Santa journal video, I heard you say you spent $20 on the paper pack, but then you have so many extra little items and crafts tucked in there. I hope you account for all of that.
To wrap this up, everything in this video was adorable. Your eye for the aesthetics you tackle is perfect.
