As a full- time mom, I do chores all the time and my most favorite chore is ironing but I hate to vacuum because my vacuum cleaner is far too heavy. Anyway,my husband is kind enough to do vacuuming once a week and he also takes out the garbage .Usually I do grocery shopping every Thursday but all the staff of my grocery store have been going on a massive strike these days, so I will have to go somewhere else to do grocery shopping for the time being. My only son helps me to pick up some items from time to time and he does not mind running errands for me.

Among all the chores, I hate vacuuming the most because it’s a pain to carry the heavy vacuum cleaner all over the house. Ironing is my most favourite chore as it is soothing and I usually watch TV when I do ironing in the family room. Cooking is not bad but sometimes it’s annoying to wash two sinks of dishes after dinner.

@@EnglishTestBlog British English reminds me of my childhood in Hong Kong and I had a native -speaker ( an English teacher from England) teaching me English when I first started From 1 in Hong Kong. At the very beginning, I could not understand her accent but after a few months I got used to her accent totally.

👍 You're absolutely right! "Hang out" indeed has another meaning. It refers to spending time with friends or people you like, usually in a relaxed and casual setting. 🚶‍♂️👫 It can involve going out together, walking, doing activities, or simply enjoying each other's company. So, you've got it spot on! 🎯😄
