I was mistyped as intp for years ,only finding out recently that I'm actually an entp.. i forgot the part where mbti type can't change, you just learn and develop other functions.. so i was into mbti when i was in depressive state and thinking I'm a total introvert and intp-like while forgetting what i was like before all that 😅 i never thought I'd be entp, after being mistyped, i think i would be enfp but my aunt reminds me what i was like since i was a kid, i just learned to use my fe more while growing up, before that i was a pure immature brutally honest jerk.. i always unintentionally hurt others feeling or make them feel like I'm criticizing them when I just wanna point it out without any ill intention s whatsoever but just for the sake of saying it, questioning it then brainstorming.. my best friend of 10yr is an infj , it's so hard because infj often feels like they're being criticized and they don't like being criticized.. but oh well despite all the fight and arguments ,we can work it out

i am an ENTP and that actually happened to me as well because of depression
then i somehow realized i'm very charm with random people and i'm not hard to open like a true introvert

I'm not an ENTP and I knew that before watching this. It was just refreshing to see an MBTI video that wasn't talking about INFJ/INFP. (I'm an intp btw)

As an ENTP, I find it all hard sustaining deep connection levels with individuals, representing true aspects of my intentions while tolerating people's mask covers and sarcasm. When it comes to "Change" I'm always ready for taking criticism and believe myself being a flexible and dynamic creature and yet I sometimes doubt if I'm retaliating unintentionally. If you can relate to how I feel please share your words here.

@@PsychologyRefresh Not being honest to people. We would lie to protect others or to save our ass. We take every offense as personal, intended or not we fight for what we think is fair. We could go too far to get that...

@@LeNoir2411 you don't really develop your child function. The only functions u gotta develop at first are inferior and parent. If u're an extravert, extraverted functions are you natural state of being and communicating, especially because hero and child take less energy to use and maintain functionality forever and ever, that's optimistic functions, whearas parent and inferior are pessimistic, which means that they are more critical with their approach and it's the parent that has the ideal level of criticism, but it cannot be used all the time and an extravert has to return and recharge in his natural mode, in this case Ne-Fe. Wheras when it comes to Ti child or hero those two are restless to logical deductions and never stop processing.
Not many people know about the pessimistic and optimistic functions so if u choose to spread this information further in the future, I'd be very glad if u do so

@@simpletomash i mean use more and prioritizing my Fe instead of Ti.. because my Ti is obviously stronger than Fe so I'm pushed to kinda swap the Ti and Fe position, something like that.. but on the inside of course ,i actually prioritize Ti, it's just that i can no longer be free with it.. so is that something like masking?
Btw, i don't quite get what you're saying, maybe because I'm not fluent in English but i get the basic just needs a better clarification..
