Front press mai collar ke liye 2.75 liya hai and back part mai shoulder mai 3 inch liya hai toh 0.25 inch hi badhaya hai aur aapne video mai bataya hai ki 0.5 inch badhana hai toh exactly kitna badhana hai 0.25 or 0.5
