Chronic hepatitis C also is associated with elevated interferon. Despite this, Interferon was used with Ribavirin for years to cure forms of chronic hepatitis C.

Don’t get me wrong, I am not at all saying that someone’s emotions are making them sick. I got sick with chronic fatigue at one of the happiest times in my life! I also had a wonderful childhood, loving and supportive parents, and no real trauma that I can recall. I have remained at peace throughout my illness, but I credit God for that.
You are correct that there are very real physical components as well. However, some people are able to not be so severely affected by those things, such as Lyme disease. Over 50% of people in the north east are carriers of it, but not everybody develops severe, chronic fatigue and neurological Lyme from it.
What I am saying, is that the nervous system, part of the subconscious brain, can get stuck in fight or flight, and your body cannot heal when it’s in that state.
To anyone who is sick, please be open-minded, and look into this. 🔍 Raelan for lots of testimonials and info. And she’s not the only one sharing! This information has recently become huge, and I believe it is the main factor that will start finally getting people well from conditions like chronic fatigue. ❤️❤️

Hep c killed my sister at only 61 years old. She fought hard for 5 years but in the end, the liver just gave out. She was on all kinds of trials. They put her through hell. Last time she was in the hospital, less than 2 weeks before she died, she made me promise I would not call 911 or let anyone, including any of her 5 grown sons, or my mom, call or take her in to the hospital. Eat garlic, folks. Look up how garlic affects interferon in the body. The old-timers were right, they just did not know the scientific reasons why.

@heide-raquelfuss5580 no food. Chop fresh, peeled garlic into bits. Boil several cloves in water, cool, and then drink the entire mixture. Or you can chop garlic and make the tea with a coffee maker. I put the garlic in the carafe and run water only through the machine.
If you can't stand the chunk, then strain them out. Throw them in soup or whatever you are eating later on.

@Crowmother13 it is better to eat a clove or two raw, if you can. But steeped in water, it still retains medicinal properties. If you can smell it, the "medicine" is there. To maximize allicin (garlic medicine), crush or slice the cloves and let them sit 10 or 15 minutes. Then pour hot water over them for tea. Good stuff for viral infections.

Thank you for not forgetting about us, most people have. I consider myself lucky to have "merely" PASC symptoms associated with organ damage (vestibular infection that slightly damaged my balance/VOR, and some strange liver numbers and postprandial fatigue/brain fog) that are fairly tolerable at this point. I recently got my EMT certification and am contemplating working as one part time, but the notion of getting COVID again and potentially being disabled by it (given the evidence about repeat infections) is terrifying. I am brushing up on the literature that's come out since I first started reading when I got sick 2 years ago, trying to weigh the risk and figure out how to mitigate it. Glad to hear that people are still investigating this.
God if only I had known about the hydrotherapy and NIR when I had my acute infection I feel like I would have been able to prevent these changes to my life. I never had a fever of more than a degree or two so I suspect I mounted a poor response that could have been improved with hydrotherapy. Best I can do now is educate others on how to protect themselves.

I'm not sure if I have Long Covid or not. Enduring episodes of fatigue muscle aches came on shortly after recovering from Covid, that had fever and anosmia but was treated at home. I got another booster a few months after that infection, then also received the Shingrix series. Shortly after that, I started getting pain specifically in my joints in addition to muscle aches and sometimes independent of it. After several months of waiting for an appointment, rhematology took 10 minutes to decide I have fibromyalgia. A few weeks later at a normal checkup with my PCP, my laps show low TSH but normal T3 and T4, low hemoglobin, and elevated potassium (possibly pseudohyperkalemia). Now I'm wondering how a pain disorder can cause changes in blood chemistry. Something's not right. Maybe Covid affects the Pitutary gland.

Clearly you have long COVID but people who took vaccines get vaccine induced long COVID . It affects blood markers, causes aching fatigue. In my case it causes calcification in tendons even.
I suggest you take vitamin D with K2 MK7 variant of at least 4000IU , omega 3 fish oil and Longvida Tumeric and NAC as a base . Astaxanthin can help too . Those mention reduce aching without painkillers. NMN with TMG though improves energy the most I noticed .
If you have gut issues do a SIBO breath test .
If you can afford I recommend hyperbaric oxygen therapy and red light therapy too .I was struggling since early 2020 with this and reinfection in 2022 after getting better restarted things .
I'm considering blood washing to filter blood soon but it's costly .

I used to workout 5 days a week and now I can only work out 3 days. My workouts are barely half of what I used to do but it's better than nothing. What are your symptoms? Have you noticed any changes over time? I read somewhere that there's a connection with our bodies not being able to absorb vitamin D at adequate amounts. The saliva of the parasites triggers an immune reaction. When the bat flies, it develops a high fever, which controls the flea or mite virus. It developes a huge INTERFERRON surge! Using interferon is analogous to dropping a bomb to kill something that is living in a cave. There tends to be a lot of collateral damage. In contrast your antibodies are like the navy seals of your immune system. If it can be established that a person with long COVID still has a smoldering infection then treatment with Gammagard (pooled antibodies from hundreds of plasma donors) can clear things up fairly rapidly.

    • @jac1161

Latest treatment to consider? I suggest NMN with TMG to get some energy increase NAD levels! Ubiquinol and PQQ for mitochondrial health targets neurology and heart health.
For pain inflammation Longvida Tumeric, Omega 3 fish oil and Astaxanthin. NAC or GLYNAC a must to reduce oxidation in neurology especially. Those combo refresh me always and reduce the pain .
External therapy if you can afford hyperbaric oxygen therapy and red light therapy or you can buy red light therapy. Red light therapy helps with pain and improved mood.
New research shows vagus nerve stimulation may help and devices for that exist .
The ultimate card is blood washing in places like Germany, you can see videos about it on TH-cam. They filter the blood and remove tiny micro clots. It cost thousands though but I saw how it helped many . There is no golden bullet but finding what helps and be optimistic is key.
I know something can help because I naturally recovered after 2 years suddenly and the cholesterol suddenly dropped too despite no diet change as long COVID caused it and once I was reinfected it went up again too
It's important while having long COVID to reduce any potential damage! Not treating it is not wise , I say this with 4 years experience.

🧠 For anyone sick, have you tried *brain retraining to help reset your nervous system?* It is probably stuck in fight or flight, and your body cannot heal if so. Working on the nervous system seems to be the common denominator in getting people well. I hope it helps you if you check it out! ❤

To anyone reading this: don’t buy into this change how you perceive things concept. Something real changed inside your body. What that is may differ from person to person, but medication, supplements, a good sleep hygiene, stress reduction and giving your body plenty of rest and good food can do wonders.

Don’t get me wrong, I am not at all saying that someone’s emotions are making them sick. I got sick with chronic fatigue at one of the happiest times in my life! I also had a wonderful childhood, loving and supportive parents, and no real trauma that I can recall. I have remained at peace throughout my illness, but I credit God for that
What I am saying, is that the nervous system, part of the subconscious brain, can get stuck in fight or flight, and your body cannot heal when it’s in that state.
To anyone who is sick, please be open-minded, and look into this. 🔍 Raelan for lots of testimonials and info. And she’s not the only one sharing! This information has recently become huge, and I believe it is the main factor that will start finally getting people well from conditions like chronic fatigue. ❤️❤️

You are correct that there are very real physical components as well. However, some people are able to not be so severely affected by those things, such as Lyme disease. Over 50% of people in the north east are carriers of it, but not everybody develops severe, chronic fatigue and neurological Lyme from it.

    Long covid?
It seem to me that those who've received a "vaccination" have "long" covid.
How about those who haven't been injected?
    Where's their illness??

Hi, I'm an example. Nurse, long covid, never had a shot. Not even flu, hepatitis, etc. Never got sick with anything in 25 years, except when I started working where there is mold, which is where I got covaids, severely. Had Covid March 2020 and diagnosed with long covid later that year long before vaccines…still not 100 % myself again but I’ve worked hard for 4 years to overcome this nightmare. No previous mental, problems or health concerns. My md said I was the last person on earth he would expect this to happen too because I take such good care of myself. Please don’t assume long covid is from vaccines it’s upsetting to those of us who are sick without the vaccines

Totally misleading! I was infected in march 2020 no vaccines existed even! So long COVID is not all vaccines. Vaccines cause long COVID too though! Vaccines induced ones seem more severe though the symptoms.
