Anyways to answer people from not getting the skin, you have to meet 2 requirements in the game. 1. You have to be on the winning team, on this case, its Team Pirates 2. You have to rank up at least once in order to at least have contribution to your team. (Therefore, you shouldn't be on the Fan rank.) If you have done both these conditions and you still don't have the skin, it may be a bug.
