Also it should be check each wiring compare with the metalic case of the load cell to check for ground failure.

    Very useful 👌..
i want to know what happens when we calibrate a weighing scale.changes occurs in indicator? or in load cell?

Calibration is stored on the indicator. Load cell is just a sensor. If you take the calibrated indicator and switch load cells to a different load cell of same capacity it will weigh the same.

Sir ur last check the signal combination of .Green+Red one pair, Green+Black its showing 555Ohm what is the valve plz tell me

Green+Red and Green+Black should be between maybe 5-50 ohms difference depending on the load cell. If you have the spec sheet or model number I can help determine what the ohm value should be.

In a PCB in market ,in place of connection for load cell where normally Black red green white are printed, but this one printed on as E-,E+,S+,S-,. Which color wire represent these ?

      E+ = Red
      E- = Black
      S+ = Green
      S- = White

Now they are good values so load cells are good
How we knew if they are bad if ot comes morr resistamce??? 😊

Only way to check is add voltage over red and black and measure output resistance as weight is being added.

Check the green and white wires and check that ohm reading. Then Green and black should be around the same. Load cells usually don't go bad. Try to rewire and check the C15 setting. Check out how to fix a floor scale video for more details.
      Thanks,
