Thanks Rene, just complete a TA crossing November 2021, in cabin 14145, a Haven Spa Balcony cabin. The refurbished Haven is beautiful and functional and the service was amazing. I love the quirky design of the Epic, but despise the standard balcony cabins. So nice to have a real bathroom again!
Just came off of a Haven experience on the Bliss on an Alaskan cruise, and decided to do a Peurto Rico sailing next Feb since I'll be there teaching just before. This was very helpful. As you know, not all Havens are created equal. The Bliss was stunning. This allayed all my concerns. Thank you for providing it.
@@myb1161 Personally I like the EPIC Haven more than the Breakaway class ships but agree with Kathy that the Bliss class is stunning. Clearly the new Prima class will also be remarkable per all the reviews online.
Great video walkthrough, thank you! Think of planning my 3rd Epic Haven cruise so this was very helpful to send to my sister. Honestly, the vent sound in the pool lounge never bothered me even on the upper deck but everyone is different:)
Great video, we're booked for June in the haven leaving from Barcelona. My biggest concern is the ports and excursions. Having recently visited, do you know a good way to stay up to date with what's happening with those? I'm worried they will all be closed or limiting excursions. Thanks again for the video.

Thank you for your video it was very informative and well done. Will be there in February and I am so looking forward to leaving at a San Juan enjoying the warm weather. Why do you call the elevator the ice cream express?
I sailed on the ship when it first came out had one of the balcony cabins that were very high close to the pool deck stupid awful design ship the layout of the ship is horrible the balcony cabins are tiny and the sink by the bed is just ridiculous the ding dripped water all night actually the whole Cruise it was ridiculous Timmy Norwegian should scrap this piece of poop cruise ship or sell it to another budget Cruise Line it's called the girl with the giant forehead ship!
@J Deubel - Clearly you did not watch the video as the refurbished Haven suites are nothing as you describe. The EPIC is my hands down favorite Haven in the NCL fleet.

How was your room because it is located by the spa? 14 floor is it easy to get to that haven pool?
The Epic was our first cruise ship way back in 2010. It wasn't very popular but we loved it. Especially the Blue Man Group Show. Great video.

Way too soon to tell what COVID will be like this summer. Just keep checking numbers as you get closer.
Is the exercise room displayed a Haven Only room? Or is this public?
The one in the video is only for Haven guests.

The elevator from POSH takes you to the Haven and one more floor down where there is a ice cream machine just feet away! Enjoy.

EPIC is going in to dry dock this year. Will be interesting to see if the rest of the ship is done.
