Taking the time of fixing the speakers instead of buying a new pair, that's great, most people don't realize that reuse, and refurbishing instead of buying new is really good for the environment! Thumbs up!
I have a 2000 Lexus LX 470. Love the car. Had it for 4 years and it has been bullet proof until this summer. Car started stalling out when coming to stops. It would start back up. Sometimes it wouldn't start after sitting a while. Very intermittent. Had it in 2 shops and problem wouldn't duplicate itself for mechanics. We were afraid to drive the car. Took it to Toyota dealer. It's been there 3 times and each time they tried something new. Second trip I went to pick it up and it wouldn't start for them. Car is in shop now and they say it is starting just fine. This time they have replaced the computer central control module and also made 2 new factory keys for the car. I pick it up next week. Praying this is the fix it needed. Telling you this just as an FYI. Hope you never have the same problem.
Certainly can't lose with a Land Cruiser! Had a few. Also drove a 26' GMC MH from Anacortes to Long Beach return. Blew a half shaft in central Oregon. Fun times! Good content!
Plastic reservoir seals. There's no fluid going to the motor. It's an electric motor. Pump unit seems to be unaffected. The drip happens above the motor which causes the motor to be coated with the brake fluid.
My husband is a mechanic and he has spent a lot of money in specialty tools to try and assist with some of these retarded things that engineers do when they design the vehicle. He swears up and down vehicle engineers hate mechanics.
No no no thats not how you re program those windows. Next time that happens all you have to do is press and hold the button once the window is all the way down hold for 3 sec then pull up on the button and hold once the window is all the way up hold for 3 sec and that re programs where it stops

Your patience and perseverance is legendary.
Thanks. There is really no other way. Either quit and let the thing decay or just keep on keeping on with the work until it's done.
Best LX470 channel out there!

Great video, I really like seeing hacks people come up with. Also what works well and doesn’t.
I used 0000 steel wool on my windshield, does an excellent job of removing all those fine pits and scratches. Lots of vids on how-to.

Except for playing with the windshield and causing it to crack more, great work fixing the little things.
you should get a set of tite-reach wrenches
Are you ever concerned about the hitch tongue weight rating? I was looking at drawtight hitches at it’s only rated for 6,000?
Which model of the Vanku did you get? And did you have to get a wiring harness for it? I have a 99 LX470.
Vanku 10.1" Single Din Android 10 Car Stereo with Fastboot, GPS, WiFi, Support Android Auto, Backup Camera, USB/SD, Detachable Touch Screen
So, where is brake fluid was leaking from? From the motor or from the seals of the plastic reservoir to the master cylinder?

How has that android head unit held up over the years?
Same as the day I installed it. Some details are clunky because of the android build but I didn't try to update and so it's continued to work fine
Gotta fix the speakers so you can feel safe!!! Ha, enjoyed your video though.
