8 green peppers
1/2 onion, finely chopped　
　230 g ground beef
　4 tablespoons water
　2 teaspoons each of sugar and salt
A pinch of pepper
A pinch of nutmeg
（Cheese (with or without cheese)
2 teaspoons each of melted cheese
1 tablespoon salad oil
3 tablespoons water
Sauce
1/2 tbsp sake
100cc water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1.5 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon consomme
potato starch dissolved in water
　1/2 tablespoon potato starch or corn starch
　2 tablespoons water
