In this video we share homes we toured in the Tampa area and our process of trying to purchase a home in this red hot pandemic real estate market! Try to not get too disappointed in not getting the house that you want. Look at it as a learning process of what you want and what's important along the way and making sure that the things people overlook are in good working order no structural damage or the dreaded.......unseen until later. and too late.......BLACK MOLD!
You will find your house. It's your first house so make sure it's the right house in the perfect neighborhood/good neighbors and not in a flood zone and alligator free.

Yes absolutely a huge learning process. thank you for the advice and support! And yeah definitely want to be out of a flood zone and away from gators (my poor little dog would be gator food!)

I'm also in FL and actually just moved from Tampa in 2020 to Jax. We sold a house recently and it was gone quick. Wish you the best with putting in offers!

Oh man I remember this! We actually put in offers on 2 houses before finding our current home that we purchased - funny how things work out! We'll be selling soon once my husband is out of the navy, but it was quite the experience, especially at 22 lol! We had a lot to learn!

What was the offer ?
I can’t quite remember but I think our escalation clause on the houses in this video were mid $330s. We offered on so many and it’s been a while!
