I didn't read Death of a Salesman in high school or university and you've convinced me to buy it. Also as someone who turned 40 last year, I was going to give you massive side eye if you fibbed about having fictional crushes 🤣🤣🤣. I bought Lonesome Dove last year but I have so many huge tomes on my TBR this year so it may have to wait until next year. But we'll see - you and a couple of other BookTubers have been drawing me in. I'm glad I'm not the only person who wasn't head over heels over Mistborn - there were parts I LOVED .... but instead of continuing I'm switching to Way of Kings as well. Great video!
I haven't read The Dresden Files. I'll definitely give them a go. The good thing is that if I try the series and like it, there's about 20 books or something aren't there?
Amazing video as usual mate! Fun to see you’ve had a lot of positive book experiences this year! I hope you’ll get invited to this thing at the end of the year as well! It’ll be interesting to see if any book will ever be able to beat Lonesome Dove and Frankenstein. I’m excited to see what will happen next on your channel! Keep up the amazing work! :D
Thanks so much for your comment. Oh I'm excited too. Making these videos really allows me to appreciate the great books I've read and kind of relive them. I wonder if anything will beat Lonesome Dove and Frankenstein too. It's been a great year so far... so maybe?
This was a bit of a deeper look into your reading psyche my guy. Very interesting and for what it’s worth I’ve dipped in and out of other booktubers stuff, you’re the only one that I’ve ever subscribed to. And that was long before I learned you’re West Ham 🤣.
You’re the second booktuber that loved this book. I have to read it! Nick at Books Are Sick in Canada also loved it. Check him out. He’s also a HUGE Stephen King fan! 😊 BTW China Mieville wrote an excellent book about the Russian revolution called October: The Story of the Russian Revolution- I highly recommend it! Death of A Salesman is a play, thus the list of characters and dialogue. Shout out to Salesman:”Attention must be paid!”
Right now, based on pure story and characters, I think IT is the greatest novel ever written. The characters were out of this world, and the world building of Derry was insane. I just couldn't put it down. I should check out lonesome dove, I believe it's kings favorite book as well
I've said it once and I'll say it again. You're one of the best and certainly the most underrated booktuber. Great stuff.
I appreciate that Danny. Thanks mate! There's so many great booktubers. Booktube is my addiction 😂.
Hahaha the “you’re welcome”had me on the floor 😂😂
I love your channel so much and I’m so happy that you responded to being tagged 😊😄
Thanks again Wera! I hoped that would get a chuckle out of ya. And CONGRATS on 5K subscribers! You got there so quickly. 🤩

I started my dark tower journey a little while ago based off you and jimmy mangos videos still working through The Stand lmao
That's amazing. How far are you into The Stand? Are you enjoying it?
You will be single handedly responsible for me reading lonesome dove! 😂 love the video and your insight as always!
Kelli that's too much responsibility!! 😱If you don't like it I don't know if I can take it after recommending it so highly 😂.
@@PaperbackJourneys oh I’m sure I’ll love it! 🥰

Lonesome Dove is so good. Be sure to read the whole series, man - just be warned that the last one will break your damned heart.
Amazing video as usual mate!

Thanks mate. I really appreciate it. I'll definitely add 11/22/63 to the fiction roulette wheel next month. Hopefully that'll pop up soon.
Wow man, thanks a million for the tag. I may have jumped the gun a bit on it though😂
Still good to see we had the same idea about the best sequel
You're welcome mate! And with the sequel, great minds think alike ay? hahaha!
Hey mate! Just here to tell you that of all the booktube channels you are the best content, greetings from Mexico!

"Have storylines, get merked"
What a london way to describe a plot 😂

Oh yeah I love that guy. I think I found him on TikTok before I saw him on TH-cam. He has a cool vibe.
