  • BRUNSBERG23 | DEAD ENDS AND TURNING POINTS - THE CREATIVE JOURNEY
The third episode of "THE ORIGINS OF IMAGES" takes us deep into the Swedish wilderness, where the past unfolds in the former forest research station at Brunsberg - now transformed into an artist’s space. Here, amidst the whispering pines and forgotten trails, I explore the philosophy of "Holzwege": the dead-end paths that force us to stop, reflect, and ultimately transform.
Not all paths lead to clarity. Some dissolve into uncertainty, demanding patience and resilience. But in creativity, as in life, even the dead ends shape the journey. Inspired by Heidegger’s notion of _Holzwege_, this episode is an invitation to embrace the winding, unpredictable nature of artistic exploration.
Through poetic imagery and introspective narration, I navigate the intersections of turning points, creative struggle, and the pathless path - where getting lost is sometimes the only way forward.
