I hope this method is thoroughly tested and works, like any new method it needs a lot of review and testing. The human body is too complex to celebrate recent findings too early because there's too many things that could be going that might nullify the effect or worse, so tests need to be done over long timespans. But I'm very much looking forward not so much to living forever or much longer, but living young until a naturally old age death, that is more important in my view. Imagining my parents and grandparents being young with me would bring me enormous amount of joy.

    • @donovan3956
      @donovan3956 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

Death by old age does not exist, we die of the consequences of aging (cancer / infarction ...) but not of aging per se, even if we can die without being old from external causes, or if something in the body immediately stops working.
Aging is not natural but pathological, because it is not genetically programmed and has no benefit for the individual.
According to David, it should begin testing in humans around 2022 if further studies confirm the safety and effectiveness of the method.
The goal of antiaging is to achieve negligible senescence, which means that your health does not deteriorate with age and your risk of dying does not increase with age, for example, at 20 years, your probability of dying is 1/1000, at 170 years for example, they will always be 1/1000.
In nature, many animals (some turtles / whales / sharks / mole rats / salamander / hydra / lobster ...) naturally have negligible senescence.
Treating and preventing aging itself through rejuvenation therapies helps prevent the risk of disease and prevent health from deteriorating.

This is critically important in order to end diseases, such as cancer, alzheimer’s, and dementia.
Reason I want this to be so fast and released right now is my father has severe dementia can’t even take care of myself right now.
I just wish they would push this quicker and faster because I’m sick of this. There is no excuses people have to edge get old catch an illness, such as this die painfully like this.
I am tired of hearing people say the ages, something that was supposed to just accept and live with that. I will never accept that and I don’t believe in that.
On December 30th my physical and mental health was going to hell in a handbasket. I lost the will to age get old and die.
Something unexpected happened that shouldn’t have happened, but it did. I started rapidly physically and mentally reversing age. December 30, 2023 up-to-date I reversed over 30+ years of mental and physical age from being 54 years old.

About The Buteyko Method: A Summary of the Pathophysiology of Chronic Hyperventilation by Ira Packman, M.D.
The fact that chronic hyperventilation (CHV) has an effect on the lungs is easily understood and explained. The systemic (whole body) effects however, are physically and physiologically distant from the lungs and therefore are more difficult to understand. The multi-system, wide spread systemic ramifications of chronic hyperventilation are numerous.
These effects are all caused by the initial effect of pulmonary hypocapnia (low CO2) which causes spasm of the airways leading to asthma. The loss of CO2 from the lung on a long term basis causes a compensatory response throughout the body. This concept is called homeostasis which means that the body is always trying to stay in balance and return to its most comfortable state.
A partial list of homeostatic controls would include:
    - Constant body temperature
    - Constant whole body water volume
    - Glucose levels
    - Mineral balance including sodium, potassium, magnesium, zinc etc.
    - Acid base balance (Ph control)
The acid base/Ph control mechanisms are very sensitive and closely controlled, because the Ph of the body affects the function of every body system. It is this system that is activated when patients chronically hyperventilate.
Understanding this concept, we can follow what happens with CHV.
    - The lungs continuously blow off too much CO2 causing local pulmonary hypocapnia (low CO2) and arterial hypocapnia.
    - The arterial hypocapnia immediately changes the Ph of the circulating blood causing an increase in the Ph (alkalosis).
    - The increase in the Ph causes a decrease in the delivery of Oxygen to all the bodies tissues due to the Bohr Effect (In an alkalotic environment, the hemoglobin molecules in the red cells hold onto the oxygen molecules more tightly and will not release the O2 to the tissues).
    - The kidneys see the alkalosis/Ph change and know that it must correct the bodies Ph back towards neutral (neutral Ph is a Ph of 7.40). Once CHV becomes long standing the kidneys response becomes an ongoing process in which the kidneys excrete bicarbonate in an attempt to correct the alkalosis which was created by the CHV.
    - The net result is a depletion of the bicarbonate buffers due to continuous over excretion of bicarbonate which also causes the loss of electrolytes including magnesium and phosphorous which are lost with the bicarbonate.
    - The loss of phosphorous also decreases the production of ATP (adenosine tri-phosphate) and ADP which are the bodies’ main source of energy.
    - This then causes a decrease in the functioning of many organs including the muscles, heart, lungs, bone marrow, immune system and liver.
    - These functional changes, coupled with the arterial spasm that occurs directly due to the low CO2 levels in the blood, are expressed in the long term as muscle fatigue, hypertension due to arterial spasm, decrease in the oxygenation of the brain, migraine headaches due to arterial spasm, spasm of the arteries supplying the gut, decrease brain function with memory changes, alterations in the production of proteins and metabolism of lipids in the liver causing elevated cholesterol.
This is just a partial list of the systems, organs and bodily functions which are affected by CHV and the subsequent low CO2 levels in the lungs and blood.
This concept regarding the origins and causes of these diseases is very radically different from the way medical schools teach about these diseases. It is revolutionary and may be too simple for many academicians to accept or understand.

Well, a simple suggestion.. Try to search it on the brain tissue.. After all, it's where all the memory, dreams, knowledge, different kinda of health response hormone and even subconscious state of mind are stored.. Probably you'll find some "backup data" Or "template" that written down by Subconscious mind... After all our body are just like a computer, there are software running in the background that most of us cannot access.. That all
    Thankyou

    • @greekterr0ru-i13
      @greekterr0ru-i13 3 ปีที่แล้ว

Don't rush mate, you should know it isn't as simple as that. Btw what you call "brain tissue" is what's generally refered to as neural tissue and this is exactly the main focus of this research.. Plus we don't even know but vaguely with what all the "memory, dreams, knowledge, subconcious" coresponds in the material brain so there's a reason why it perplexes scientists of this level. Still always nice seeing people willing to openly suggest things like that but never rush mate. And keep in mind that suggestions like that on a random TH-cam comment section aren't the best way to catch the attention of researchers so no need to make the effort here =P If you're interested and passionated with these subjects better get to studying!
Anyways good luck with whatever you do,
