Northlane does some incredible things in their music, it hits my chakras, makes me feel things that not many bands have let me feel. they present this glorious heavy sound, allowing your body to take it all in. ^.^
For me, their is a golden ratio between certain parts that won't necessarily break a song, but can absolutely make a song. It's similar to how their are specific proportions that our brain may not consciously pick up on, but our eyes instantly and automatically register as being aesthetically pleasing. So there is essentially a math and science behind why beautiful looking buildings, art, scenery, and people are actually beautiful. So analogously speaking, the same goes for my ears in music.
I get what you mean and love the bands from that list I have listened too. I but also use hardcore as an umbrella term for all the sub genres that emerged from hardcore even if they absorbed elements of metal or other styles.

1080p greatly increases the sound quality. It may not be noticeable if you have poor headphone/speakers but try comparing 240p/360p to 1080p. Immense difference.
