Westward Bound (1930) BUDDY ROOSEVELT

Movie Class by PizzaFLIX: Cowboy actor and stuntman Buddy Roosevelt (1898-1973) got a bad break in Hollywood. He was originally cast as The Cisco Kid in In Old Arizona (1928) but broke his leg before the shooting started. He was replaced by Warner Baxter, who went on to win an Academy Award for the role.

@@PizzaFLIX Thanks for that. Point is, as a lad. no tv of course so main source of entertainment was radio and cinema. Always loved these westerns and as you can see, still do. Hard to choose my favourite oldie but Robert Mitchum and Barbara Hale in "West of the Pecos" would be in in my top three. Regards. July 2022.
