There is only one Limited Character in CN which is Nian, she wasn't added into standard banner after the limited banner end,so we will have to wait for limited banner again to pull her.

@@Zephyv7 Skills share skill level until Lv7. After that they have individual levels, which are called Mastery. Mastery can go from Mastery 1 to Mastery 3 and they are very expensive.
Texas s2 generates cost faster on first cast,as in at SL7 it starts with 26sp and only need 40sp to cast which means I only need to wait for 14sp,while if I bring skill 1 which starts with 14sp at SL7 and need 38sp to cast I need to wait for 24sp instead.
While Chen is good remember she can show such performance only cause she had good supporters arround so keep in mind supporters like warfarin Sora istina aak are must to get they can easily make any unit op and elyja is on other level so do consider getting her

Why not use s1 on Texas so you don't have to manually activate her skill for cp? It's not like the damage part of her s2 is coming into play here.
