    I've found my 12v/240v food vacuum to be my best friend. I can run it on electricity if we are in a caravan park, and of my 12v system if we are free camping. Best thing I've done for kitchen organising and storage.

    We own a 2019 Passport 3350BH and I found your channel just looking up our model. Having three boys this bunkhouse with bath and a half was a no brainer to purchase. We're in KC but wound up driving down to Springfield to get ours. I'm gonna steal some of them ideas...lol. I really like the replacing of the faucets in the two bathrooms you did on the other video. It's funny I didn't even think about how crappy they are till I seen that and realized "hey, I need to change those too now". Some upgrades I've done on ours is I made two sewer hose holders out of 5 inch fence posts and mounted them under the frame. I can store four 10 foot sections of hose in them since as you know with each campground the dual black tank hookups can be different every time. I'm now looking into adding the second AC unit into the bunkroom since our unit is 50 amp prepped for the additional AC. We'll be going to South Padre in August so I think that will be a great upgrade.

    • @NoOrdinaryPath
      @NoOrdinaryPath 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      What a great idea with the holder for the hoses. And 2 ACs would be awesome! We haven't been anywhere to crazy hot yet but it does get warm when the one unit is working as hard as it can but just can't keep up. I don't know if you've seen it yet but we have done a remodel recently - not that you'll want to do that to a brand new model but after living in it for a year we were ready. Here's what it looks like now. th-cam.com/video/aSs4ACaRtA4/w-d-xo.html

      I just watched that episode. Great job The white seems to brighten it up and feel bigger. We've had ours out only three times but I have several trips planned this summer and fall. Memorial weekend was spent at Americas Best Campground in Branson and we went to that waterpark that you reviewed in your other video. Kids loved it and us adults played water volleyball for like three hours. Bodies felt it the next day when we had to pack up and drive home.
      Here's a link similar to what I made. I think I'll make a video and show my version of mine and post it on my channel. Every RV park we're at someone comes over and asks me about them. One even asked what I would charge to make some for him...lol weekendrvadventures.com/diy-rv-sewer-hose-storage/

    Hey we noticed you have the same make/model/year trailer as ours. I love your idea of the pass through to the kids cabinet from the bathroom that you did on another episode. Did that work out as planned?

    • @NoOrdinaryPath
      @NoOrdinaryPath 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes! Its been working out well for us. Its not very pretty on the inside but no one sees that. 😊 You only see the pretty cabinet door from the bathroom.

    Good tips - especially for travelling with kids. The little things you did to give the kids their own space and responsibilities not only make life easier for them but for the family as a whole. Do you know those cardboard separators with the slots cut in them that you see in the boxes when you buy new glassware or that are used in moving boxes when packing glassware? My husband is going to build drawer and pantry separators with balsa wood we bought at Lowes using that kind of a slot set up. I can then configure and re-configure my drawers and pantry spaces as needed and it will keep things like canned goods, spices, cutlery, dishes, etc. all in their designated area and they won't slide around on travel days either.

      Linda Rose what a fantastic idea! We have a water box that is super unorganized. Yeah, I didnt show it. Haha. Anyway, that would work great for that.

    Im starting to get into travel nursing.. is it doable to travel via rv.. single mom of 18, 12,11 year old??.. what do you guys think?

    • @NoOrdinaryPath
      @NoOrdinaryPath 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      At those ages? For sure! Your oldest could help watch the younger and even help with homeschool if they're willing. Even if they're not there are things you could do to get around it. We've heard that sometimes teens can struggle a little bit with the full-time life but we know several families that make it work. Just bring it up with them and see what they have to say. I've met a few single parent travelers at work over the last couple of years.

    Can you tell me which griddle that is and is it actually connected to your stove. I can't quite tell if it's a plug-in electric one or if it's just heating up from the propane. New subscriber. Great job!! So jealous!

      Hi there! Welcome to our Channel. We got this girl off of Amazon and it does not clip into our stove top but it fits so perfectly but it does not move even when in transit. It is an electric griddle. I also have one that is not electric but it does not fit as well so I don't use it as much. And it's not the same size. I can't find the exact one but this one is very similar.www.amazon.com/Presto-07070-Diamond-Ceramic-Griddle/dp/B0145KYUDI/ref=mp_s_a_1_9?crid=17EZLSYVIJFUJ&keywords=square+electric+griddle+nonstick&qid=1557103289&s=gateway&sprefix=square+electric&sr=8-9
