Salaams. I am with Sherry, i like my fish fried. But i only like banga in choka , with sada roti. We dont eat alot of oil roti . I like the way you cooked this fish. I cooked the blackeye cassarole, the poached chinese chicken,so maybe i will give this recipe a try when i go back to Guyana. 😊❤
