It all depends on how fast Jaume turns the crank on the side of the camera, you see...

I see this in many motorsport videos on TH-cam. Often it’s noticeable in the too fast movement of spectators.

@@mosca3289 I think it's the submerged roots and rocks banging the bikes side to side giving them an unnatural motion, and the riders frantically flailing around to try to keep any momentum.
